All services are subject to equipment and driver availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, rates, or schedules without prior notice.

All quotes are estimates based on the shipment information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, route changes, or additional services required. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice (default: net-30). Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by law. We reserve the right to withhold or suspend services for past-due accounts.

We follow standard carrier liability regulations for loss or damage to cargo. Our maximum liability is limited to $2.00 per pound per package, unless additional cargo insurance is purchased or agreed upon in writing. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper packaging, inherent vice of goods, or acts outside our control.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for providing accurate customs documentation and complying with all import/export regulations. We are not liable for delays, fines, or fees due to inaccurate or incomplete documentation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, traffic, mechanical issues, government actions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

All content, logos, and materials on our website are the property of USME International LC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Any personal information collected through our website or quote forms is used solely to provide services and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill shipments or comply with law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Webb County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
